1. It is our policy to provide quality oil burner spares,
service and products.
All prices are Net (vat @15%) All price and packing.on the web site are for UK only

4. All goods are packaged
suitable for general UK carriage and over seas.
5. All deliveries are by a known delivery
company only. All UK delivery are
normally within 24 hours after leaving our premises;
however should
we be out of stock of the item ordered we will inform you by email
or phone giving you a delivery date.
Delivery are made normal working days Monday to Friday (not including Bank holiday)
All items are sent out on a 24 hours services we rely on the delivery company to
deliver on time. We can not be held responsible if delivery are delad due to delivery
company's.
In the unlikely event you have missing or late deliveries please email
your details to order@oilburnerspares.com Please quote your order conformation number
&
your name & address so that we can trace your order & deal with it promptly
6. Due
to postal deliveries we cannot guarantee a precise time
of arrival.
7. If when the
goods arrive are damaged. Please return them to us within 7 days in the original
packing unused. But Please Put a note inside with your order conformation number
& your name & address we are then able to deal with your request promptly and we
will either exchange the item or return your money.
8. We do not take liability for any item order wrong.
9. Any item that is return for refund will have a handling fee added to it.
10. Any item return for refund must be in new condition, unopened with no fitting mark.
We can not refund any item that is not resaleable.
11. For orders outside the mainland UK customers are asked to contact us first. Order outside the mainland UK can only be taken over the phone. If items are ordered on the internet for delivery outside the mainland UK the customer will be contacted about any extra delivery cost. If the order is cancel led a small admin fee will able for misuse of online order.

12. Same day Worcester delivery can only be used if delivery within Worcester. Order
need to be received before 12.00am and will be delivered the same day. If the parts
order are not in stock we will contact the customer by e-
If the item can not be delivered due driving time the delivery cost paid at the time of order will be refunded and order will be delivered the following day. If the order is cancelled due to item not delivered the same day a full refund will be given. This service is only avalble Monday to Friday. Item order on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Customer will need to ask for this service at time of order. We advice customer to contact us first about there order.
